Hello I'm Jessica

I have over 2 decades of experience in marketing, sales and real estate. I started my career selling new construction homes and after about 10 years I obtained my real estate license. A few years later I started a team and then I opened my boutique brokerage White Glove Realty. Over the years I have compiled my knowledge and experience into a training platform for my team and created Lead With You a consulting and coaching company.  I have written and taught CE approved courses for the TX Real Estate Commission, and also offer business courses and workshops for small business owners. My passion is diving deep into mindset and uncovering what I call the 4 key areas of success.

My mission is to inspire and support entrepreneurs to lead with their soul.  I consult individuals and small business owners in developing their leadership skills, purpose, brand identity, marketing and success strategies.
